PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Smartseal Concrete Sealer is a clear, UV light stable solution designed to penetrate the surface of concrete floors and other concrete products.
PURPOSE
Smartseal Concrete sealer has been designed to seal the surface of the concrete to improve the aesthetic appearance of industrial floors, garage floors and other concrete surfaces. It will also provide a barrier to contaminants, facilitating easier maintenance.
This sealed surface will increase abrasion resistance and protect any jointing sand from weed infestation.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Smartseal Concrete Sealer can be applied using a quality sprayer unit, brush or roller, at a rate of approx 3 sq. metres per litre. A two-coat spray application is sometimes advisable dependent on surface porosity. Smartseal Premium concrete sealer will be tack free within 2 hours at 20°C. Any vehicles should be kept off the sealed area for a minimum of 24 hours at 20°C. These times may be increased or reduced depending on the ambient temperature. Do not apply when the ground temperature is above 30°C or below 5°C. All equipment should be cleaned with Smartseal Cleaning Fluid after use.
