PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Smartseal Concrete Floor Sealer is a clear, UV light stable solution designed to penetrate the surface of concrete floors and other concrete products. It is available in 5 or 25 litre containers and is delivered direcrly to your door.
PURPOSE
Smartseal Concrete Floor Sealer has been designed to seal the surface of the concrete to improve the aesthetic appearance of industrial floors, garage floors and other concrete surfaces. It also provides a barrier to contaminants thereby facilitating easy maintenance. The sealed surface will increase abrasion resistance and also protect the jointing sand from erosion and weed infestation.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Smartseal Concrete floor Sealer can be applied using a sprayer unit, brush or roller, at a rate of approx 3 square metres per litre. A two-coat spray application is generally advisable dependent on surface porosity. Smartseal Concrete Floor Sealer will be touch dry within 2 hours at 20°C .
Any vehicles should be kept off the sealed area for a minimum of 24 hours at 20°C. These times may be increased or reduced depending on the ambient temperature. Do not apply when the ground temperature is above 30°C or below 5°C. All equipment should be cleaned with Smartseal Cleaning Fluid after use.
