PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Smartseal patio sealer is a clear, UV light stable solution designed to penetrate the surface of the patio slabs, sandstone, natural stone sealer and paving sealer
PURPOSE
Smartseal patio sealer has been formulated to seal the surface of the patio to improve the aesthetic appearance of paving slabs. It will also provide a barrier to contaminants thereby facilitating easy maintenance. This sealed surface will increase abrasion resistance and also protect the pointed joints from erosion.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Ensure the patio is clean and dry with rain not forecast for at least 4 hours. Smartseal Patio sealer can be applied using a sprayer unit or roller, at a average rate of approx 4 square metres per litre. A two-coat spray application is recommended. Smartseal Premium patio sealer will be touch dry within 2 hours at 20°C and foot traffic is permitted after 4 hours. These times may be increased or reduced depending on the ambient temperature.
