Roof Sealer
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Smartseal Roof coatings and roof sealer are a coloured, pre-mixed, enviromentally friendly water based acrylic roof paint.
PURPOSE
To impregnate concrete roof tiles and clay roof tiles to provide long term protection and additional durability. Smartseal roof coatings and roof sealers penetrate deep into the tile and can be coloured to give a complete transformation to the existing roof. Two applications of roof coatings or roof sealers are applied to give maximum resistance to the weather and restrict the future moss growth and algae.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Ensure roof tiles are clean and dry prior to application of roof coatings. Apply Smartseal roof coatings or roof sealer with a sprayer unit, brush or roller. The first application must be applied to the surface and allowed to dry past tacky prior to applying the second coat. Avoid application in strong, direct sunlight - do not apply if rain is likely within 4 hours of application.
APPROXIMATE COVERAGE: 4-6 square metres per litre - available in 5 or 25 litre tins
